As you can see by my profile, I have a variety of research interests related to the field of work, occupations, and organizations. However, I would be particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has workplace-level data they would like to mine for potential research related to compensation and rewards, occupational segregation, or skill utilization. I extend this invitation to practitioners who are interested in solving an organizational problem, and also to persons in the scholarly community who are interested in publishing research in such areas.
