About

I am an academic General Internist in the Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto.  I work as a Clinician Educator, with responsibilities in undergraduate and postgraduate education.

My main interests within Medical Education are Curriculum Development, Program Evaluation, and Assessment methods.

I have taken on a new position within the Faculty of Medicine, in the Undergraduate Medical Education program.  As part of curriculum renewal, the medical school will be developing student portfolios which will extend across all 4 years of training.  I am the Faculty Lead for this program, and I am also the Course Director for a new course at the end of the 4th year called Transition to Residency. The latter aims to make productive use of the final 12 weeks of medical school in preparing students for the competencies they will need in residency training.

I am very interested in networking with anyone around the world who has interests that align with mine, and I don't limit myself to medical professionals as colleagues!
