About
Jann Marson is a visiting Fulbright Fellow in the Centre for the Study of Surrealism and its Legacies. Recently advanced to PhD candidacy in Art History at the University of Toronto, Jann is the recipient of a Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship and a US-UK Fulbright fellowship. Throughout the 2010-11 academic year, Jann will conduct independent research focusing on the artistic and publishing output of Belgian Surrealists between 1937 and 1970 whose activities provide a valuable case study for understanding the complex relationships between art, literature and international politics.
