Dr. David M. Kaplan is the Associate Family Physician-in-Chief and Chair of the Research Ethics Board at North York General Hospital. Dr. Kaplan completed his medical training after obtaining a Master's degree in Health Policy and Bioethics.
He has been recently appointed the Primary Care Lead for Diabetes, Central Local Health Integration Network in Ontario, Canada.
He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family & Community Medicine and a member of the Joint Centre for Bioethics at the University of Toronto.
